Find your mailbox setup details
Clear guidance from the ProEmails team, ready when you need it.
Open My Mailboxes
Sign in to My Account and open My Mailboxes. Select the mailbox you want to use and review its service status.
Wait until the mailbox is ready
A paid order can still be waiting for mailbox setup. Follow the status displayed in your account; do not assume an address is ready solely because it appears in the catalogue or basket.
Connect your email application
When your mailbox is ready, use the server names, connection settings and instructions provided for that mailbox. Do not guess server names or reuse connection settings from another provider.
If the setup details are missing or your email application cannot connect, create a support request with the mailbox address, application name and error message. Never include your password.
